Now, in his third season, Bournemouth already have 48 points with five games to go putting them level with Chelsea, who are in sixth. Bournemouth are also currently on their longest unbeaten run in history (13 games). His philosophy is so clear that you can immediately tell Bournemouth are a well-drilled team just by watching them. He is a top manager whose work truly speaks for itself.
