GO TO CAMP Boards shift after camp season. Evaluations get updated. Names move. Camp won’t guarantee an offer but it can absolutely change your position.

GO TO CAMP. Start with camps closest to you. Then go where there’s real opportunity especially if a coach you’ve been talking to will be there. Mega camps, Go with a purpose. It’s competition. Standing out in a crowd = a win.

Great read. The best fit is not always the biggest offer. It is the program that sees your ceiling, has a plan to get you there, and gives you the time to actually develop. Choose the fit. The money will come.

The money being offered to high school tackles is growing fast. 💰📈 This is a big strain on OL coaches & strength staffs. They’re now managing expectations on big ticket players that have the longest learning curve on the roster ⬇️ lecharlesbentley.substack.com/p/lb-system-th… #OLEconomics

Too many “experts” in recruiting are just elite salesmen. If you’re not vetting who you listen to, you’re setting yourself up for disappointment.

Stay patient. Stay disciplined. Stay faithful. Your time is coming, but you have to keep working. “Let us not grow weary of doing good…” Galatians 6:9 #MakeTheRepCount

Your circle should challenge you, not protect you from reality. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort.

Getting up early doesn’t make you successful. No plan = no progress. Have intention. Know what you’re attacking. Execute with purpose. Early only matters if it’s productive. #MakeTheRepCount

Kobe Bryant didn’t obsess over results. He obsessed over preparation, focus, and daily discipline. That’s the Mamba Mentality. #EveryRepCounts

Stay positive, not passive. Positive people still work. They just don’t waste reps on complaining. #MakeTheRepCount

RECRUITs: Most rosters are built on regions. As you send film out to schools, focus on ALL schools (FBS, FCS, D2, D3, NAIA, JUCO) that offer football in your region FIRST. These programs consistently recruit YOUR AREA year in and year out. #Recruiting101

Flexibility improves bend. Bend is one of the first things coaches look for. It often separates who can play at a certain level from who might struggle there. The best athletes don’t just train harder. They move better. Be intentional. Every rep counts. #MakeTheRepCount

Stretching with a teammate after practice might not look flashy. But it builds flexibility and connection. That’s physical growth and trust in the locker room. Don’t overlook it. #MakeTheRepCount

🧵 The reps that separate you aren't always loud. Here’s something simple that can help you grow as a player, as a teammate, & increase your chance to earn an opportunity. Stretching. Recovering. Moving with purpose. The little things compound. Coaches notice. #MakeTheRepCount
