Two people. $20K to start. $401M in year one...
Medvi built a telehealth company with ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and Runway.
No engineering team. No VC. 16.2% net margins, triple what Hims & Hers posts with 2,400 employees.
Sam Altman predicted the one-person billion-dollar company. This guy just did it from his house in LA.
The question for every startup in 2026 isn't headcount.
It's how much of your operation can run on AI before you hire your first person 💡

OpenAI is buying media companies now.
First a tech podcast. Next, who knows 🤷♂️...
This is the part where AI stops being a tool and starts being the platform, the publisher, and the distribution channel. All at once.
Individual AI @Uare_ai exists because of this exact trajectory.
If the company building your AI also owns the content you consume through it, who is that AI actually serving?

OpenAI just acquired TBPN.
AI is evolving beyond raw intelligence.
It’s moving into the creator layer.
TBPN is relatively new.
But it already represents something powerful:
Creators owning distribution, audience, and narrative.
That's why this move is bigger than it looks.
Media and attention are part of the other side of building great products.
Now AI is entering that space deeper.
The next phase won’t be won by better models alone. It will be won by trust and authenticity.
As AI enters the conversation, it has to feel personal.
That’s where Individual AI becomes inevitable.
If creators own their audience and distribution, shouldn't they own their AI too?

$80B market by 2030.
90% of content will be AI-generated by EOY.
The question isn't whether AI makes the content. It's whether the AI making it actually knows you, or just knows the algorithm.
That's the difference between Individual AI and everything else.
Your AI should sound like you, think like you, and work for you. Not for the feed.

@ImSamHorton For the general public, the masses always give up data and control unfortunately

OpenAI just announced they're building an "AI superapp." ChatGPT, Codex, browser, agents, all in one app.
Their words: "a single system that can understand intent, take action, and operate across applications."
One company's system. One company's intent. One company decides what "action" means.
That's not AI for you. That's AI for them, with you inside it. The alternative isn't a bigger app. It's AI you actually own.
That's what we're building at @Uare_ai.

Atlassian cut 1,600 people last month to "self-fund AI investment."
@blocks cut 4,000. @Oracle cut 30,000. The list keeps growing. In October, Atlassian's CEO said they'd hire MORE engineers because of AI. Not fewer.
Five months later: 900 R&D roles gone.
This is the pattern. AI arrives. Headcount drops.
Productivity stays with the company.
The people who built the product don't get the benefit of the AI that replaced them.
That's the problem we're fixing at @Uare_ai. AI should work for the individual. Not the other way around.
