$GME GameStop is asking shareholders to vote for the approval of the amendment to increase the number of authorized shares up to 2.5B and approve Ryan Cohen's performance award. Crazy timing after the fact Keith’s account got hacked. Nevertheless, how would you guys vote for this?

@theresa_perrin Nobody will care about dilution at 25 when they’re looking at a +200% increase in share price almost immediately. And another 100% a couple of years later. This is the long game. No get rich quick schemes with Cohen.

@theresa_perrin Diluting the GME float is not what is important. Successful acquisition would bring GME price up to $65-$75 just to start. Once Cohen does to EBay what he’s done with GME, you can double that price once revenues start beating all expectations by 50% quarter over quarter.

$GME Ryan Cohen is saying he is going to dilute you more to get the deal closed. Clear as day they don’t have $56B and need to issue stock to raise these funds.

This interview was incredible. Cohen said multiple times that the offer was half cash half shares and they continously said that he only had $29B in cash so HOW COULD HE POSSIBLY BUY A COMPANY FOR $56B!?!? In my own head I said "umm because the other half is shares??" and CNBC could not put that math together. Then told him "The math doesn't math". Eventually leading to complete confusion on RC's side and him realizing that they brought him on to just try to make him look incompetent compared to all of the "finance pros here". Absolute shill-fest. @ryancohen

That’s about $330 per night per room, nearly $10,000 per month or $120,000 per year. Meanwhile taxes keep rising and services are cut. Many being housed have contributed little or nothing to New York’s tax base, yet taxpayers are footing the bill. When I am New York State Comptroller, I will audit every penny of these hotel shelter contracts. New Yorkers deserve answers. A real watchdog is coming.

According to police, she failed to complete the documentation required to travel with the dog as a service animal. After her boarding pass was denied, she abandoned the dog. She was later confronted by police at her departure gate, where she said the airline would not allow her to fly with the dog, according to authorities. She added that the dog had a tracking device, police said, implying the dog would be returned to her. While escorting her back to the dog, she "became hostile and resisted officers' attempts to detain her," police said. The woman was arrested for animal abandonment and for resisting arrest.
