Just explained all the “health benefits” of a shower beer to my roommate. Factually, probably not the case. Mentally and therapeutically, there are absolutely health benefits. (This is not medical advice. Please don’t shower beer and drive.)

Hit a golf ball at a tree so hard and at close range, it came directly back and nailed me in the leg. Golf is a dangerous sport.

5 days later and I finally have working AC

As someone who works in the ED and has seen far too many avoidable traumas, the man fixing my AC on my roof and unsupported on a ladder is causing me a lot of stress

@Mcgrathew33 There’s one that drives through my neighborhood daily at 3 PM. I’ll investigate.

Tomorrow is the first 100+ degree day forecasted for AZ and I come home to find my AC is broken 🥰

I always drive to and from work late at night to avoid traffic. For the first time in 6 months, I made the trip during daylight. Of course there was a bad accident that closed the highway. Note to self: when you pump your body full of coffee, stop to pee.

I forget Utah is basically my backyard and WOW there are some beautiful trails. In other news, I’m so sore from hiking it was a struggle to get from my car to my shower to bed.

I can’t tell you the number of my times I apparently get interrupted at work in the middle of writing/signing my name for transfer/other paperwork and come back 20 min later and think “could I really not finish writing the last 3 letters?”
