@contextkingceo It was funny until you put an ad on the twt and now it’s not

They don’t know what they’re doing - memory is just a .md file, you’re better off to an obsidian kind of arch, an SDE1 in your team will be able to do memory - you can ignore such people and their products.
We CALLED OUT THE BULLSHIT, and they’re doing damage control.

We scored 99% on LongMemEval to prove a point. Eval results aren't the only thing that matter.

Sam Altman just told a room full of students where the real opening on the board is.
The global market assumes the Transformer architecture is the final form of the compute engine.
It’s a stepping stone.
Altman: “I bet there is another new architecture to find that is gonna be like as big of a gain as transformers were over LSTMs. And I think you finally have models that are smart enough to help do that kind of research.”
The frontier models aren’t replacing human researchers.
They’re accelerating them.
The operator who uses today’s AI to hunt for the successor to the Transformer doesn’t just win the current hardware cycle.
They lock in the next one before anyone else knows it exists.
And here’s what that means for products.
Altman: “I would just pick a big area and say what is possible now with AI that wasn’t possible at all before. Like where can I totally redo something that’s like, AI is the absolute core to the interaction working.”
The traditional enterprise is trying to bolt an AI chatbot onto their existing software suite to appease shareholders.
Winning operators are burning the entire product category to the ground and starting over from zero.
You don’t optimize the friction of an archaic system.
You build an entirely new architecture where artificial intelligence is the foundational bedrock.
The builders capturing the board over the next decade won’t build “AI-assisted” tools.
They’ll look at massive, entrenched industries and realize the entire category can be rebuilt from scratch by a single, AI-native execution loop.
But here’s where it gets exponential.
Altman: “AGI will look like just a warmup for whatever the next important thing was. And that’ll keep going for the rest of history.”
AGI is not the destination.
It’s the warmup lap.
Altman told a room full of students this is “at least the best time ever so far.”
Not because the race is almost over.
Because it’s barely even started.
Every breakthrough from here compounds into the next one.
The organizations treating this as a gradual transition are training for a finish line that doesn’t exist.

Maybe I do not know how to use Perplexity computer the right way - feels embarassing but maybe I need someone to pair with for this
amul.exe@amuldotexe
Dark pattern - got perplexity max - for $236 and now you have just a very small "here" hyperlink which takes you to billing page -- @AravSrinivas - please do better - do not let growth PMs take over your craft and hard earned reputation also computer is too few credits for $200 so wouldn't recommend it as an experiment; 4 queries and exhausted most of the monthly credits

@AbhilashaPurwar Ever since I moved from Bangalore to Gurgaon, have missed such interactions, would love to catchup sometime.

Gurgaon Vibecoder/ vibe-engineers, lets get cracking. India AI summit is over, so that means real work starts.
I will be working out of Pour And Palette Coffee shop in Sushant Lok 1 for 2-3 hours everyday this week.
Would love to chit-chat, say hi, share ideas, learnings, new techniques, I got some doubts on claude code/ n8n/ ADHD :P / focussing, more on claude code guardrails, skills.md, etc
This week - week of Feb 24, its Pour & Palette Gurgaon, i'll keep posting other cafes, I work out as the year goes.

As I got into the car, I noticed at a glance that my driver was on Hinge. I asked if he was using a dating app. He smiled and said - Yes, sir. I hesitated, then asked if I could see the profiles. Pure founder curiosity.
He had 23 Hinge matches. Several women were well educated and working in reputable companies with strong careers.
Dating apps collapsed social hierarchy. When access changes, markets break.

@credofly @thetrickytrade There is convenience fee so not straight 5% & also 60 days to get the cashback, but yeah I don’t leave that on the table (sweetens all the optimised spends I never actually count it but feels good when it hits the bank).
English

@thetrickytrade Why would you avoid straight 5% cashback on credit card bill payments on just 1 app from just 1 debit card for all credit cards (bbps ones) with a generous earn limit.
English

I earned well over 20L reward points across all my cards last year. Here are some low effort credit card habits with high return on quality of life improvements.
1. Pick a Default Card: One catch-all card for everything that doesn't need optimization. Simple.
2. Set a Minimum Optimization Threshold: Anything below this goes to your default card. No mental gymnastics. Mine is 5K per transaction (or 50K annual spend for recurring bills). The points on smaller spends barely move the needle anyway.
3. Auto-Pay Your Utility Bills: Use your bank's bill pay portal for electricity, phone, internet, etc. Yes, I know about APay vouchers and all that. But the convenience of zero due dates, zero late fees is worth way more than a few hundred points.
4. Auto-Pay Your Credit Card Bills: Those 250-500 INR cashbacks from juggling 4 debit cards across 3 apps? Not worth it. Miss one payment and the late fees plus CIBIL hit will hurt more. Exception: cards like the Ex-Citi Axis Burgundy or Burgundy Private Debit where you can rack up serious points on high credit card bills. Otherwise, just auto-pay.
5. Pareto Principle: Remember, 80% of your major points earnings comes from 20% of the big spends. Optimize these, forget the rest. Thank me later.

To @elonmusk I am a shareholder in @Tesla, I’m pretty sure one day you’re going to merge this with @SpaceX because it just makes sense. Can you please watch/read @TheExpanseTV. Let’s ball.
Space race cannot be left to one human.
English

I don’t know if you realise this but I believe I know who’s going all in on space - @JeffBezos is.
“The Expanse” is a book, and a tv show, which was renewed by @PrimeVideo and it shows Moon as second base for Earth - Mars has colonies of Martians (immigrants from Earth)
