In what world are these wheelchair seats at Costa Hall @GeelongArts? Apparently we get to pay for these seats but actually seated in the aisle where the view is the back of other seats and the pillar.

Seriously@Ticketek_AU!!!! An operator finally answered the phone, spoke for a minute then put me on hold again before the line disconnects. I call back and get a recorded message that as it’s 5:01pm my call will not be answered. You can’t even finish a call started before 5pm?

@Ticketek_AU I’ve been on hold for 50 minutes so far to book accessible parking for Melbourne and Olympic Park. Can you explain again how this process is accessible or even remotely equitable? Even doable? I’d be happy to jump through some hoops, just a bit hard in a wheelchair.

My best Valentines Day memory is an elderly library patron bringing me roses from her garden. She reminded me that when I had issued her loans 3 weeks earlier I'd mentioned the due date was Valentines Day and she was pleased to have a hint of romance in her life #LibraryLoversDay
