@ribbownzzz Music and daydreaming. Dress for the weather. You‘re less motivated to walk when you‘re freezing or sweating. I also like to play Pokemon go meanwhile. Catching new pokemon or finding arenas keeps me motivated :3
@cl0v3r0w0 Candy is also good ofcourse but not as sustainable to gain weight cause of the low chain glucose, so you‘ll feel sluggish and have sugar crashes if you have too much of it. Hope this helps to keep you energized and healthy! :3
@cl0v3r0w0 Eat alot of whole carbs (Oats, nuts, grain bread, quinoa, brown rice, sweet potatoes, black beans, chickpeas, pinto beans, corn, peas) they provide sustainable energy cause of the long glucose chains in the food and are a healthy way to up your calorie intake instead of candy
