For weeks, we prepared quietly. Not just an event — but a room that mattered. We were intentional about who was invited, the conversations that would happen, and the kind of energy leaders would walk into. The Global Leaders Roundtable was built for people who are thinking beyond borders — leaders who understand that growth requires clarity, access, and the right conversations at the right time. What happened in that room went beyond introductions. Ideas were shared. Perspectives shifted. Connections were formed that will outlive the day. This is what happens when leadership meets intention. This is what happens when the right people sit at the same table. And this is only the beginning. #immigify #globalleadersroundtable #GLR2025 #leadershipandlegacy #intentionalleadership #globalthinking #africanleaders #LeadershipCommunity #Immigify #BuildingWithPurpose

For many Nigerians, the last few months have been filled with questions. Should I still continue my U.S. immigration plans? Will my application be affected? Is there any point moving forward? Nigeria was among the 39 countries affected by recent immigration restrictions that created uncertainty for many applicants. Now, a U.S. federal judge has blocked a policy that contributed to those delays. What it does mean is that applications should not be left in indefinite waiting periods under the blocked policy. If you've been postponing your plans because of recent immigration news, now is a good time to get clarity on your options. The worst immigration decision is making no decision at all because of uncertainty. If you're considering a move to the United States, speak with an Immigify advisor to understand the opportunities available to you and the next steps you should take.

BREAKING NEWS FOR NIGERIANS SEEKING U.S. JOB OPPORTUNITIES A U.S. federal judge has blocked a policy that would have significantly increased the cost for employers to sponsor foreign workers through the H-1B visa program. Many U.S. employers became hesitant to sponsor foreign talent because of the added financial burden. For qualified Nigerians seeking U.S. job opportunities, this created an extra obstacle. This latest ruling removes that barrier and could make employers more open to sponsoring skilled international professionals. it is a positive development for Nigerians exploring employer-sponsored pathways to the United States. If working in the U.S. is part of your plan, now is a good time to understand your options and position yourself for available opportunities. Contact IMMIGIFY today to learn about the immigration pathway that may be right for you.

L-1A vs L-1B: Which Intracompany Transfer Visa Fits Your Role? Many professionals assume the L-1 visa is a single category, but there are actually two distinct pathways depending on your role within the company. The L-1A visa is designed for executives and managers who oversee teams, departments, or business operations. It focuses on leadership and management responsibilities and allows a maximum stay of up to 7 years. The L-1B visa is for employees with specialized knowledge of a company's products, systems, services, or processes. It is designed for individuals whose expertise is critical to the organization's U.S. operations and allows a maximum stay of up to 5 years. While both categories require a qualifying relationship between the U.S. and foreign company and at least one year of employment abroad within the last three years, the key difference is simple: L-1A transfers leaders. L-1B transfers expertise. Understanding which category aligns with your role is an important first step when exploring U.S. expansion or relocation opportunities through your employer. Have questions about your eligibility? Contact Immigify for guidance.
