@tonyannett No stupid. The highest tax rates also coincided with the largest tax loopholes. You can have high taxes WITH loopholes for the wealthy to hide their income. Or you can have low taxes on the wealthy WITHOUT loopholes. But you CANNOT have high taxes and no loopholes

North Carolina was sued for illegally racially gerrymandering in 2019. The scotus ruled it was illegally racially targeted. This court ruled that. 7 years ago. Rucho Vs Common Cause. In 1986 Thornburg vs Gingles, on 1993 Shaw v Reno, 1995 Shaw v Johnson. 2015 Alabama Legislative Black Caucus v Alabama, 2017 Cooper v Harris. I’m sorry, you asked for one, that’s 7.
