From Nigeria to Germany: A Scholarship Journey In March 2020, I received a letter from Germany that changed the trajectory of my life. I had been admitted to pursue an international master’s degree on a funded scholarship, after graduating as the best student in my BSc Physics class in Nigeria 🇳🇬 Today, I look back with gratitude for the exposure and experience Germany gave me—the opportunity to study, learn, and conduct research in a state-of-the-art environment. If you are currently studying in a Nigerian university, let this be your encouragement to give your absolute best. The opportunities out there are limitless. And if you’ve already graduated with excellent results (especially in Physics) and need guidance on securing international scholarships, feel free to reach out—I’d be glad to help. Like and Retweet

DATA is Beautiful! DATA is Insightful! DATA is Powerful! DATA is Deceitful! Caution should be exercised when collecting, presenting, and interpreting data, as it can sometimes be misleading due to hidden or omitted variables and reverse causality.

This is for career starters only! 📌 You will get to the top of your career. 📌 It may happen really fast or maybe not, and that's okay. You will learn to embrace your own pace and believe in your convictions. 📌 You may not like your job or the available opportunities right now, but they are just temporary placeholders. You are there while the universe prepares you for your future. Enjoy the wait, you won’t be there for too long. 📌 You will experience varied challenges, but nothing that you will not be able to handle. You will ask for the help you need, and you will be supported. 📌 You will be intentional about everything you want. You will design your outcomes and choose your lived experiences. 📌 You will be worried or unhappy, which may be triggered by a work situation, but you will not lose your substance. Work is not everything you are, so you will separate yourself and your self-worth from those situations. 📌 There will be colleagues who will like you and do all it takes to invest in your career; when you identify them, stick with them. 📌 There may also be colleagues with whom you may struggle. It is very normal. It is not your fault, nor theirs. It is just how life works; learn to move on and remain professional. 📌 You will not understand some things being discussed, and you will not be able to contribute to some technical conversations YET. That is okay. You are in the early stages of knowledge accumulation. The most important KPI for you, for now, is learning. 📌 You will admire senior colleagues, and you will wish you had their level of knowledge, articulation and experience. That is okay. Time will deliver that to you, too, just like it did to them. 📌 Some days will be happy, some days will be absolute chaos. As long as you have a fair share of both and it is neither more chaotic than happy, you will be fine. 📌 You will make mistakes, some will be huge and some, insignificant. If you are lucky enough, you will have kind colleagues who will help you get through it. If not, remember that you will pull through it. 📌 You will want to speak up in those meetings, but honestly, you will have nothing to say. It is okay. Use this time to actively watch others who lead and see how they do it. 📌 You will learn to trust yourself, to be accountable to yourself and to hold yourself in the highest regard. 📌 You are green, a blank canvas. Allow yourself to be imprinted upon.

Protect your boundary. Be stingy with whom you share your space. Be careful of those their mission is to sow weeds among your wheat. Hearts of men are desperately wick. Some only want to sympathize with you, not celebrate with you. Have a SUPERPRODUCTIVE week ahead.

If you have time on your hands and you are not locked in on AI or some skill of the future, then you are doing yourself a great disservice. Time is an essential factor that many people do not have. People are locked in on their jobs, trying to make a living. If you are in a position where you do not have to work for hours to make a living and you have spare time at your disposal, you have to lock in on AI now. And yes, even busy people need to make out time. Swap 30 minutes of scrolling for 30 minutes of learning. That is it. No matter how packed your schedule is, find the time. Your future self will thank you. Here are 5 free courses on AI you need to lock in on now: 1. Google's Generative AI Learning Path: A structured, beginner-friendly path covering the fundamentals of generative AI, large language models, and responsible AI. It is completely free. ai.google/learn-ai-skill… 2. Elements of AI: A globally recognized course designed for non-technical people that breaks down how AI works and why it matters in the real world. elementsofai.com 3. AI For Everyone (Coursera): One of the most watched AI courses in the world. It strips away the complexity and teaches you how to think about AI as a business and life tool. coursera.org/learn/ai-for-e… 4. Anthropic's Claude AI Course: Learn directly from the makers of Claude. This free course covers how to effectively use and understand AI models, making it one of the most credible and practical resources available today. anthropic.skilljar.com Here are 5 jobs that are future proof: 1. AI Prompt Engineer: Companies are paying top dollar for people who know how to communicate with AI tools effectively to generate business outcomes. This role is only growing. 2. Cybersecurity Analyst: As AI advances, so do digital threats. The demand for people who can protect systems, data, and infrastructure will never slow down. 3. Data Analyst: Every business runs on data. The ability to read, interpret, and turn data into decisions makes you indispensable in any industry. 4. Content Creator & Digital Marketer: Brands need human voices, storytelling, and creativity to connect with audiences. With AI as your assistant, one person can now produce the output of an entire team — no degree required. 5. AI Trainer & Evaluator: AI models need humans to teach, test, and fine-tune them. This behind-the-scenes role is quietly becoming one of the most in-demand positions in the tech world — and you can start with zero academic background. The window is open right now. The question is, are you walking towards it?

As the new week starts, meditate in these words. If you want a better life, you have to change the way you spend your time. The people you spend your time with too matters. Don’t be the dumb and stupid folks. February is coming to an end, March is at the corner , two months gone in the year, be intentional about how you spend your time. Stay off your phones, read books, take that course, market your goods, products and services. Do something that will improve your life daily. Wishing you a blessed week! ❤️ Therealbelano

i am planning to start a daily excel series that will definitely help you clear the interviews i'll give you below mentioned everything at $0 i'll teach each excel topic daily in depth with: → practical examples of how I use it at my full-time analytics job → all the known interview questions + that were asked in my interviews → youtube videos for reference → free resources + datasets to practice → doubt-solving → building in public and this is not going to be complete ai copy-paste content the main aim behind this initiative is to make the learning easier for everyone   and what makes it super helpful for the beginners is that they will get an exact idea of how excel is used in real life situations and not the basic dummy examples that make you feel like you know everything this series is for everyone those who seriously wants to learn excel i will teach each excel topic through my x posts so this series is open to everyone who is ready to commit  the golden point is you can start documenting your entire journey with me every day by posting what you learnt but in your language believe me, documenting what you learn locks that knowledge in your mind forever once you start building in public the whole world sees you growing, practicing & building you never know when an opportunity will come to your doorstep i am still in the middle of taking the final decision for this initiative doing this daily while working a full-time job requires serious commitment, time, & effort so if you think this is going to help you, just let me know in the comments if the majority of you want to learn, i will consider it a final "yes" feel free to turn on the notification so you don't miss it

Mastering how to speak clearly, calmly, and kindly will open doors for you faster than almost anything else. ( I have gotten a job from this.) Attractiveness: work on your looks it can get you access. But understand that access is temporary. What keeps you there is your value, your competence, and your character.
