As a Kenyan in tech, how do I get into such spaces? Where are these government-sponsored tech events announced? Asking as someone with 2 award-winning tech startups in **checks notes** software and AI☹️ Like do they even want us there?😂

Still figuring out what 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 is about? 👇 Few weeks ago I wrote down my thoughts and experiences about the practice in one of my Newsletter episodes. In general, Context provided to LLMs in Agentic Systems can be split into the following categories: - Instructions / System Prompt. - User Prompt. - Retrieved Context. - Short-Term Memory. - Long-Term Memory. - Structured Outputs. - Tools. Each of the categories has its own set of challenges when building Agentic Systems. I’ve delved deeper into each, applying the lessons from building in the trenches. Check the article out here: newsletter.swirlai.com/p/breaking-dow… Any war stories to share when it comes to Context Engineering? Drop them in the comment section! 👇 Join me in a 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (25th of September) for a deep dive into Evaluation Driven Development for Agentic AI Systems: maven.com/p/063cd6/evalu…

I just replaced a $820K marketing team with 7 AI agents that cost $37/month. My client fired everyone yesterday. The AI team: - CMO (GPT-4) - Strategic overlord - Copywriter (Claude) - Conversion machine - Ads Manager (Gemini) - Money printer - SEO Expert (Claude) - Ranking wizard - Email Specialist (Claude) - 47% open rates - Social Manager (GPT) - Viral factory - Brand Guardian (GPT) - Voice police One Slack message → Complete campaign in 11 minutes. The humans were still scheduling their kickoff meeting. Best part? some bitched named Sarah asked for a $20K raise right before seeing this workflow. She's "exploring other opportunities" now Follow, Like + Reply "CMO" & I'll send you the entire multi-agent system. Your marketing agency has 6 months left. Tick Tock.

The trick to learning fast with AI? Don’t ask it to “explain like I’m 5.” Say this instead: “You’re the senior dev. I’m the intern. Teach me how to build it like you’d expect it in production. Show me the real flow, gotchas, decisions, and best practices.” That’s how you stop sounding smart and start building smart.

The very first task I usually give new pretraining people is to run a tiny transformer, profile it, and understand it deeply. I wrote up a small tutorial covering this exact workflow. I talk about how to measure GPU perf, how to estimate tensor core speedup, etc. Take a look:
