@Impark - so fast to tag and tow, but to get a refund is weeks to a month!! Pay a massive amount and add on the pass (which can take a month to get back) and the amount owing back. Shame on you.

@Impark I waited on hold for another 30mins today. If someone could kindly contact me, I paid via hang tag for one ticket using an incorrect plate (alternate vehicle). Regarding the other ticket. I attached a photo of the ‘improper parking’ ticket for $98. Newly painted lines!
