False. Sex and Gender are the same thing. A woman is someone who can give birth and create life with a man. Getting surgery and taking test pills to look like a man won’t change your biology, as you’ll still have the same internals as a woman. A man has a penis and testicles and can produce sperm; chopping it off won’t change anything because you’ll still have the same biology as being a man.
