@Nardergal No skin in the game and you’re of course free to find it icky, I’m just of the opinion that as long as both parties are consenting adults, the activities are risk-aware and informed, and no one is being permanently maimed, I don’t really care about it

@Nardergal Devils advocate: is it not comparable to pet play? Both involve roleplaying infantilized or dehumanized beings which, if done with the real thing, would be rape. Screwing an actual pooch violates the dogs consent, where pretending to be someone’s dog is standard kink. Vice versa

An adult roleplaying a child removes all of the above criteria for rape, because they are not actually children. I would imagine that

@FemGunnerBoi @Revamp_Skunk @Nardergal It’s 2 consenting adults roleplaying. No victim or crime committed. Vs Child sexual abuse, which has a victim and lifelong negative repercussions. I’d say it’s analogous to consensual non consent (though I am not involved and either and have a very surface level understanding)

@Cougs_irl Strangely enough, this doesn’t apply to group chats. I think having multiple people around to pick up the convo takes away any pressure to carry it myself or reply immediately. I always prefer texting in a group of at least 3

@Cougs_irl For me, texting just ends up being so insanely time consuming and I feel like I can’t do anything until we’re done talking. Add that to ADHD when it’s difficult for me to do anything at all, and it gets hard to want to commit to texting back and forth. Speaking is hands free.

I don't understand 😭 some furs are AMAZING in person and are great conversation, but the second they text you it's the driest one word replies you've ever seen. Like I get convinced they hate me until the next time I see them and they're perfect again Am I just too picky? 😪

Some WIPs of a DandeLion premade I have in my back pocket. I’m really proud of the design, so I want to save it until I figure out a few puppetry mechanisms, like what were supposed to be on Imperial. Also, until I have money for fur. (IF YOU STEAL MY DESIGN I WILL EAT YOU!)

How do we feel about these curls? I’m a little worried it might be a little distracting since they’re both curling in the same direction. I like the one on the forehead, especially when viewed on the other side, but I’m not sure about the one over the ear.

@mantacrafts Ordered butter yellow fur from fursuit supplies a year and a bit ago, and after shaving, didn’t realize how thin some spots were until I glued everything on. In retrospect I know that the white spots all over the backing means it’s thinner, but I didn’t know that then :(
