I was a small loser with entain over years They asked for proof of income I sent them a gambling commission operator license They wouldn't accept that! I sent them 3 bank statements showing somewhat above average income (!) They said it didn't prove 'ongoing affordability'

The court found the Punter was treated absolutely fairly. He bet. He lost. He paid. He tried to threaten with "Im going to the GC"(the new mantra). He went to court. And paid his legal costs. And my legal costs. He got exactly what he deserved. I hope this answers your question.

@geoffbanksbet It absolutely isn’t. If you gamble responsibly then you take value. If you take value you are shut or restricted to pennies. Therefore they create the multi account culture. Even a bookmaker can understand that! Own that much at least!
