As #AtikurRahman's health deteriorates, he has been referred by doctors to the Neurology dept for further treatment, but he has been sent back to prison instead. Refusing proper medical care and sending him back to prison is cruel, and this process is the punishment.

This is an established pattern of the state extracting revenge against dissenting voices. Indian judiciary is now an arm of an authoritarian state that has abdicated its duty to protect its citizens.
