Call me old fashioned, but I miss people, in person. After anchoring at CBS News, sure I missed the job, but I missed the newsroom camaraderie more. Zoom is better than nothing, but it's a poor substitute for quiet, boisterous, surprising, and comforting moments of connection.

Doing a service for individuals who are proportionally sentenced with ridiculous terms is something that should have been done years ago. I'm sure that was one of his tactics to brag on.
