@QueerlyAutistic I avoided all those foods (wheat, soy, nuts, etc), and I have not had a migraine for months.. the longest I’ve ever gone without a migraine in my life and not one time was I ever suggested it could be an allergic reaction!!!

@QueerlyAutistic Omg this is me. I’ve had migraines for my entire life (I’m 35), only diagnosed with ‘chronic migraine’ & ‘complicated migraine’ recently. Been to too many doctors, all kinds. & guess what! I took an AT HOME ALLERGY TEST from a pharmacy and I’m allergic to so many foods!

Did I ever tell you all about my school friend, who started fainting, all the time, and she went for tests, and finally they gave her a diagnosis, and she was so happy to have one, but them she looked it up, and the diagnosis was literally just the scientific term for 'fainting'?
