HELP: Dog walker was spotted in Brooklyn handling multiple dogs in what appeared to be an extremely rough and distressing manner. The individual was seen forcefully yanking on their leashes hard and violently, forcing the dogs up onto their hind legs in clear distress. This is unacceptable animal abuse. I need your help to identify this person immediately. Please share this far and wide.
