@The_Nanashi_O You are forgetting equipments have screws . Screws are loose and detachable. These screws have color codes. Maximum Errors occur while reattached these loose screws

@Inamanotherapy If you're seeing lead reversals every other day, that's an anomaly possibly unique to your centre. It really should be hard to misplace limb leads seeing as they're named.

Dear Juniors , The most common cause of T inversion in leads 2,3,aVF is not Inferior Wall MI ..it is Incorrect Limb Lead placement Which is why you should know how to do ECG and not leave it to the nursing staff ..😀

@Inamanotherapy I think lead transpositions that cause all 3 inferior leads to have TWI are quite uncommon — bilateral arm/leg and RA/LL transpositions. It is probably more likely for ischaemia or structural dx to be present than for the above.

@Inamanotherapy Back in the Bad Old Days "housestaff" (so called b/c they literally lived in the Hospital) performed ECG's, drew blood, and transported patients to and from Radiology. Now housestaff spend much of their time curating and dealing with the EHR.

A serum calcium of 14 in a head and neck cancer patient is no joke! You have to- Start IV Fluids @ 100ml/hr ! Administer Inj calcitonin urgently! Give zolendronic acid immediately but if the RFT is deranged arrange for Denosumab! Send PTH levels as it is mostly PTHrp hypercalcemia! OR Just refer the patient to your friendly neighborhood oncologist 😉🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
