I will still die on this hill that the tournament title is better than the regular season and the only one that should count. Only college conferences have this thing where they crown 2 different champions, everyone else does it based on postseason play. Nobody is going to come away from this season of college basketball thinking Duke is the true champion unless they win the tournament. Nobody will even consider any type of champion at all unless they win the tournament.

@yeahsrb @KappBV To be fair you’re both right. The new current big ten conference, no they haven’t (didn’t start till the 2013-14 season). But the old big ten conference and the CCHA they won all the time. It’s a silly contention to think that Michigan hasn’t won their conference.
