Hey @IndiaTriumph @bajaj_auto_ltd , my dealer in Madurai forced full payment by artificially inflating the TN road tax to ₹36,634 (actual 12% is ₹31,109) and demanding an unbilled ₹2,500 cash bribe. They also illegally charged ₹1,500 for a standard factory side stand.

When customers spend their hard-earned money on a premium product, they also expect premium after-sales support and basic process efficiency. Right now, the ownership experience feels anything but premium. Hope @IndiaTriumph will take note of this & provide a fast resolution

Really disappointing to see a premium motorcycle brand deliver such a poor ownership experience right from Day 1. I purchased my bike on 8th May, and while the motorcycle itself has been impressive, the dealership experience has been nothing short of exhausting. @IndiaTriumph

How @IndiaTriumph showroom in Mumbai is looting its customers. It's very sad to see that even managers and senior staff are involved in this scam. @IndiaTriumph, I understand you currently have a hype in the market, but it's wrong if you don't take any action against them.

@IndiaTriumph @bajaj_auto_ltd I have filled this, what is the TaT? This is really not the experience I expected to have , especially as I have been a previous customer of @_bajaj_auto_ltd , having bought the Dominar 250 with no such pains 3 years back.

Extremely disappointed with @IndiaTriumph & @BajajAutoLtd. My Speed 400 has a dangerous engine cutoff issue while turning handlebars. Despite an active warranty and official ISR2892366, dealership Pagaria Auto (14152) is ignoring the issue. ​Forced to file NCH Grievance: 9300507

@IndiaTriumph I want to buy the Tracker 400, but before that I want to take a test ride. I have been regularly visiting all the Triumph showrooms in Delhi for the last one month, and none of them have a bike available for a test ride.

@IndiaTriumph 835mm height is not suitable for many riders thus many buyers who really want to buy it but due to its height factor avoid it. Triumph need to do something about it.

@IndiaTriumph hi it's going to be a month since I requested to cancel my booking of speed 400 because I bought the bike directly from a different dealer as I got the good rate but till now I've not received my refund, every time your CS team says it will take 8-15 days

Still awaiting a meaningful response from @TriumphIndia regarding the serious concern I raised this morning. Despite escalating that a showroom display bike, accessed and started by multiple customers, was registered in my name without informed consent, there has been no urgency.
