PRONTO India Foundation conducted a hybrid Advanced Simulation Facilitator Training in partnership with #The Antara Foundation at Morena, MP. The training centered on honing advanced facilitation and debriefing skills, following adult learning principles. (1/3)

We also delved into crucial areas such as stress management, unconscious bias, and clinical empathy, all of which are pivotal in the daily work of healthcare providers. The success of the training was greatly enhanced by the collaborative approach of the Antara team. (2/3)
