I request the Embassy of India in Saudi Arabia to urgently intervene in the case of Indian worker Imaran Khan (Passport No. W2726885), who has allegedly suffered 15 months of unpaid wages, passport confiscation, assault, and continued non-compliance with a Saudi Labour Court order. Despite a favourable court judgment, justice is still pending. Mr. Khan is in severe financial distress and cannot even afford to travel to the Embassy. 15 months without salary. Passport confiscated. Allegedly assaulted twice after seeking justice. Even after a Saudi Labour Court ruled in his favour, Indian worker Imaran Khan is still stranded. Asking a worker with no income to buy his own ticket is unjust. @qaqcirfan We have received correspondence from the RPO today. We are taking necessary action.

Dear respected embassy- Replying again while standing outside the RPO patna( please find the attached acknowledgement slip). Just met with Sr superintendent sir in policy department.  Again he showed me the cancellation status for both of my passports (N7948147 & H4092651). Unfortunately, It’s still in the “cancellation initiation stage” even though after multiple follow up since last week through emails , tweets and over call. But no action has been taken by respected embassy.  In email and tweet response by embassy. I don’t know why embassy riyadh only focusing and mentioning about file closure of passport- N7948147 and the embassy ignoring the actual subjected issue.  Embassy closed re-issue application file of PP N7948147 because they had initiated the cancellation of my both passports and the issue is both passports cancellation has not been completed yet by embassy, it’s still in the cancellation initiated stage in the passport data system.This pending action stopping RPO patna to reissue of my passport H4092651.  Please note that i haven’t received any automated show cause notice by embassy for passport cancellation due to my incorrect email ID available with embassy. The correct email ID is Irfanh98011@gmail.com. However i have sent an application in advance to cancel my both passports completely as suggested by RPO Patna to embassy.  Kindly note that i have family including Childs and parents. I need to feed them. I don’t have job because i don’t have passport to rejoin my company in saudi.  Please find the attached application and reference document. Kindly do this urgently.

@IndianEmbRiyadh Dear sir, I am Irfan hussain. I returned to India from Ksa via an emergency certificate (EC- X1160827) issued by your esteemed embassy. After arrival in India, I visited the concerned RPO patna for renewal of my passport and to regularize my records due to dual passport issue. RPO patna instructed me to apply for the renewal of 2009 issued passport (H4092651), as later (2016) issued passport (N7948147) will be cancelled and can't be renewed.  By following the instructions of RPO patna ( See attached), I applied for the renewal of my 2009 issued passport (H4092651) with File no:PA5077531761926 dated 27 may 2026. The RPO patna has officially informed me that the embassy has "initiated cancellation" for both of my past passports but this cancellation has not been completed yet it's still in pending state. This embassy's "cancellation initiated" status is preventing the RPO from re-issuing my  2009 issued passport (H4092651). The pending embassy action needs to be completed urgently. I need my passport urgently for work visa stamping. For more than 6 months I have been jobless with zero earnings. I am the only earning source for a total of 6 dependents of my family.   Waiting for your valuable response.
