Look at how passengers are being made uncomfortable by such people in trains. This is not just begging — it’s harassment in the name of forceful money collection. They invade personal space, intimidate travelers, and create a disturbing environment, especially for women and families.
Why is there no strict rule to stop this? Why does the railway administration turn a blind eye?
