This month is our 145th Birthday! OISC started with Indiana's fertilizer law. "An ACT to regulate the manufacture and sale of commercial fertilizers, and to prevent the manufacture and sale of adulterated commercial fertilizers, and prescribing penalties." Approved April 15, 1881
