It’s a biological fact that you can’t change your gender. Doing so would be a miracle if it were to really happen meaning God who is above nature directly altered creation for one instance which is something we cannot initiate and control. But God would not do what violates deep theological principles, and altering gender would likely do that since we are created “male and female” in His image… that is we are to reflect that image in the specific way He has created in us where biological sex is specified as relevant. Virgins don’t give birth as a normal biological fact. If a virgin does give birth, it is through a miraculous intervention of God. Holding these two positions is not inconsistent.
