But they really put water in cylinders and steal the gas. This has been an old scam by gas delivery guys, I have been seeing it for decades now. The normal gas is liquified by pressure, so once out, it becomes a gas and it will not stay liquid like this. Jab pata na ho, toh gyaan nahi pela krte.. learn instead my boy.
