I spoke at the Perry Township GOP Club last night — right here in my home township. It was good to be with neighbors and share an update on what I’m working on in Congress — and the results we’re delivering for Hoosiers. I appreciated the warm welcome and the thoughtful questions.

What a great night speaking at the Wayne Township GOP Lincoln Day Dinner! This fight is personal: Marion County is where I grew up, where I went to college, and where my wife and I are raising our three kids. That's why I'm more determined than ever to make Indy safe again for my family and yours. My plan: • Tackle juvenile crime head-on and early • Refocus the resources of the prosecutor's office on its core mission--prosecuting crime--and away from distractions • Repair and rebuild strong partnerships with law enforcement, the Statehouse, and surrounding counties. Huge thank you to everyone there tonight. Your passion and support mean a lot. Let's keep the momentum going!

Frustration with Ryan Mears’s revolving door for repeat offenders is boiling over. Without consequences, crime spreads, dedicated officers are demoralized, and families are afraid to enjoy downtown. "It's frustrating that we go out there day after day and find the same problems," IMPD Downtown District Commander Shane Foley said. "The absolute disregard for the law is incredibly frustrating," Foley explained.
