So watch yourselves.
“If your brother or sister sins against you, rebuke them; and if they repent, forgive them. Even if they sin against you seven times in a day and seven times come back to you saying ‘I repent,’ you must forgive them.”

“Our job in life is not to be successful, but to be faithful. Many Christians would prefer to hear ‘What a great guy’ from the crowd rather than ‘Well done, good and faithful servant’ from the Master.” —Billy Graham

I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name I will lift up my hands.

Good Morning,
Please join me for a daily scripture break.
Colossians 3:23-24,
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
I’m not sure if it’s my temperament or a gift from the Lord, but since I was a little girl I always took the time to thoughtfully consider (with all my heart and mind) the world around me. These verses continue to encourage me to laser focus as I strive to be where God wants me to be, doing what He wants me to do. Just the idea of aligning myself with God’s will in my life, pursuing my Heavenly assignment - I can candidly attest there is no greater feeling. You just come alive! Some of you may be asking, what is she talking about?
So many people never discover their godly purpose in life - they work in jobs they hate, etc. Read the verses again. It doesn’t matter what you are doing (as long as it is legal, ethical, and morally sound) (Phil 4:8-9). Every Christian matters in the Kingdom of God - “because it is the Lord Christ you are serving". If you hate where you are, and yet you do your job to the best of your ability; prayerfully ask the Lord to help you get where you are suppose to be, He will because it is His Will. (Ephesians 2:10)
If you are searching for answers, spend some time reminiscing when you were a kid, what did you dream about, what captured your imagination? You may find some answers in your youthful dreams.
I've faithfully prayed these verses back to the Lord for decades. He has blessed our family beyond what I could ever have imagined as a kid. Along the way, our Creator has left me perpetually awe struck. He never ceases to amaze me. (Psalms 33:8 & 19:1)
As we are all approaching our final season in life, this mantra to approach “whatever you do” - give it your very best effort “with all of your heart, as working for the Lord” is an infallible call to be a shining light to the world. (1John 4:13)
In all we do we must acknowledge Him.(Proverbs 3:6) Have a blessed weekend.
Peace and be prepared.
“And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.”
Mark 11:25

“Therefore, my friends, I want you to know that through Jesus the forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you. Through him everyone who believes is set free from every sin, a justification you were not able to obtain under the law of Moses.
