There are modern ways to make 4K upscale without AI, and it would’ve been more fine-tuned than using a system that cant spell super on the title, let alone the rest

I know there's a few screen shots floating around showing how bad the AI upscaling is on The Super Mario Super Show on @MeTVtoons , but if you wanna see it in motion, here's the intro and a small clip. I didn't realize it was actually this bad, even the logo is messed up.
