Every morning I have a shake, here’s what I put in it: Creatine (15 grams) Whey Protein (40 grams) Lactoferrin (1 gram) Collagen Colostrum Vitamin C (Pur-C, 4 grams) Psyllium Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Flour L-Glutamine Stevia Coconut Milk Berry mix (frozen) Perfect start to my morning that gets a good amount of protein, boosts my immune system, lowers inflammation, heals the gut, provides some anti-aging benefits and optimizes my brain.
