@threehourcoffee Congrats @threehourcoffee! Reviewing your pricing, & aligning it with what customers *should* be paying you, is frequently one of the most cost-effective ways to grow your company. If you know the value of your product, and price it accordingly, then you should be good to go!

A year ago we introduced a Free plan, essentially a freemium model. It did not work. Was just not sustainable. So today I sent this email to our customers, saying the Free plan is no longer available. It was pretty nerve-wracking. I was a bit worried there would be nasty emails, but everyone has been super lovely about it. @nathanbarry Quite frankly, we probably don't need the entire $20k right away. We would save most of it, but probably use $2k-$3k to attend a few events, upgrade some of our marketing materials, and try out some new software. Why use all of it at once?
