Hebrews 7:26-8:2 (Equals-to-the Apostles) 26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; 27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people's, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever. 1 Now this is the main point of the things we are saying: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in the heavens, 2 a Minister of the sanctuary and of the true tabernacle which the Lord erected, and not man.

Acts 20:16-18, 28-36 (Epistle) 16 For Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus, so that he would not have to spend time in Asia; for he was hurrying to be at Jerusalem, if possible, on the Day of Pentecost. 17 From Miletus he sent to Ephesus and called for the elders of the church. 18 And when they had come to him, he said to them: "You know, from the first day that I came to Asia, in what manner I always lived among you, 28 Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. 29 For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. 31 Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears. 32 So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified. 33 I have coveted no one's silver or gold or apparel. 34 Yes, you yourselves know that these hands have provided for my necessities, and for those who were with me. 35 I have shown you in every way, by laboring like this, that you must support the weak. And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.' 36 And when he had said these things, he knelt down and prayed with them all.

1 Corinthians 4:9-16 (Apostle) 9 For I think that God has displayed us, the apostles, last, as men condemned to death; for we have been made a spectacle to the world, both to angels and to men. 10 We are fools for Christ's sake, but you are wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are strong! You are distinguished, but we are dishonored! 11 To the present hour we both hunger and thirst, and we are poorly clothed, and beaten, and homeless. 12 And we labor, working with our own hands. Being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we endure; 13 being defamed, we entreat. We have been made as the filth of the world, the offscouring of all things until now. 14 I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you. 15 For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. 16 Therefore I urge you, imitate me.

Acts 20:7-12 7 Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight. 8 There were many lamps in the upper room where they were gathered together. 9 And in a window sat a certain young man named Eutychus, who was sinking into a deep sleep. He was overcome by sleep; and as Paul continued speaking, he fell down from the third story and was taken up dead. 10 But Paul went down, fell on him, and embracing him said, "Do not trouble yourselves, for his life is in him." 11 Now when he had come up, had broken bread and eaten, and talked a long while, even till daybreak, he departed. 12 And they brought the young man in alive, and they were not a little comforted.

John 21:15-25 (Matins Gospel) 15 So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs." 16 He said to him again a second time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Tend My sheep." 17 He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me?" Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, "Do you love Me?" And he said to Him, "Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You." Jesus said to him, "Feed My sheep. 18 Most assuredly, I say to you, when you were younger, you girded yourself and walked where you wished; but when you are old, you will stretch out your hands, and another will gird you and carry you where you do not wish. 19 This He spoke, signifying by what death he would glorify God. And when He had spoken this, He said to him, "Follow Me." 20 Then Peter, turning around, saw the disciple whom Jesus loved following, who also had leaned on His breast at the supper, and said, "Lord, who is the one who betrays You?" 21 Peter, seeing him, said to Jesus, "But Lord, what about this man?" 22 Jesus said to him, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you? You follow Me." 23 Then this saying went out among the brethren that this disciple would not die. Yet Jesus did not say to him that he would not die, but, "If I will that he remain till I come, what is that to you?" 24 This is the disciple who testifies of these things, and wrote these things; and we know that his testimony is true. 25 And there are also many other things that Jesus did, which if they were written one by one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that would be written. Amen.

[yea but one person is the only true God of john 17:3 the others aren't] -- I'm pretty sure I've said the Father is the one called the only true God in Jn 17:3. Which also means your Allah is NOT the only true God of Jn 17:3 since your Allah is NOT a Father NOR has a Son in any sense of the terms in your Quran or ALL of Islam. Surah 43:81 Say: "#If (Allah) Most Gracious had a #son, I would be the first to worship." Do you concur???

[life is short,] -- Yep Jn 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that He gave His #only #begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. Whoever denies the #Son does not have the #Father either; he who acknowledges the #Son has the #Father also. - 1 Jn 2:23

[irrelevant, we worship what you call "the father"] -- Utterly FALSE since you reject the notion of 'Father' in respect to your Allah Surah 43:81 Say: "#If (Allah) Most Gracious had a #son, I would be the first to worship." You don't call your Allah 'Father' as Lord Jesus said: Mat 6:9 In this manner, therefore, pray: Our #Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name.

[Yes, praying to any prophet or saint is a form of worship and idolatry, you should "pray for them" not " pray to them "] <-- If what you are saying is TRUE then your Allah provided Hadith encourages worship of your prophet. "Peace and Allah's Mercy and Blessings be on you, O Prophet!" -- Sahih al-Bukhari 6265 "Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings." -- Sahih Muslim 402a

[because you said the opposite here, these two subjects are not the only true God, only one] -- You need to break that down since you are assuming something I did not say. First, validate your assumptions. "Two (2) hypostases (Father & Word/Son) that subsist in the one (1) undivided divine ousia are mentioned in the subject verse; Jn 17:3." -- @InfinitelyManic

[I accept the jesus of the gospel and he is not God and the "father" is the only true God even according to himself, so i accept what you call "the father" as the only true God as he said and jesus as a prophet as he himself said] -- FALSE since Islam rejects the notion of 'Father' in respect to their Allah. Can you pray to your Allah & address Allah as 'Father'? Jn 17:1 Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: "#Father, the hour has come. Glorify #Your #Son, that #Your #Son also may glorify You, Surah 43:81 Say: "#If (Allah) Most Gracious had a #son, I would be the first to worship."
