This is how I look every day when I step into my home gym, put on my game face, fire up some metal on the speakers, put a horror movie on the TV, and lock in for my lift. Each day is harder than the last as the lifts get more challenging, but it’s 100% worth it.

@OMGinaeth If it isn’t excessive then I don’t mind. If they are a sloppy drunk though then that’s a huge red flag.

@KieraForce Given that I'm the crazy disabled veteran who spends at least 90 minutes every day in my home gym, it's definitely not a turn off. If anything it's a plus in their favor as it shows me they are serious about taking care of themselves.

Question for the men… is it a turn off if a girl spends more time in the gym than you?
