@Infinity__Adi @CasulOfCatarina @Emilk010 @FOUL_FLESHPIT @AfroM1_ -understand; The reason weapon speed DOES matter is reflected in the fact that between the two frames we DO have, the weapon moves SIGNIFICANTLY more than the player model, meaning it comes down a lot faster than the late timed, poorly spaced, poorly aimed roll gets them away.

@zeisvilrin @CasulOfCatarina @Emilk010 @FOUL_FLESHPIT @AfroM1_ but dark souls 2 decided iframes should be determined by adaptability and attunement, which is crazy stupid, for reasons i hopefully don't have to explain Wehn you have less iframes, on frames like these, where the legs are extended, people get hit by things they "shouldn't"

@zeisvilrin @CasulOfCatarina @Emilk010 @FOUL_FLESHPIT @AfroM1_ The foot doesn't move a massive distance during that roll, but on the second frame it's considerably far away from the swing, farther than the distance it moves during those frames This is because the foot is not in the path of the swing even in the previous frame

@Infinity__Adi @CasulOfCatarina @Emilk010 @FOUL_FLESHPIT @AfroM1_ Actually I've accounted for it with consideration of when the attack would hit more accurately than you it seems based on the fact that the swing doesn't come straight down as your cursor lines suggested nor does the foot move in a straight line during a roll.
