Today, we're out at Keir Hardie, engaging with the community to hear your thoughts and experiences on mental health. These conversations are invaluable as they help us better understand the challenges people face and how we can work together to create meaningful change.

It was a pleasure to meet with @andysmanclubuk's and chat about their peer support sessions. Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 54 and we are committed to working together to ensure that no one faces suicide alone.

It was a pleasure meeting with @Behaviourhub today to discuss the invaluable role of lived experience in supporting families with ADHD or neurodivergent children. We are committed to working collaboratively in the future to provide comprehensive support to anyone who needs it.

This morning, we spent time at the Job Centre speaking with job coaches about mental health and how we can collaborate effectively to support individuals facing challenges. It was truly insightful to hear their perspectives and experiences.

🌟 Busy day for us out in the community! This afternoon, we were in Tonyrefail with the amazing team at The Lighthouse Project . We had the privilege of speaking with veterans and their families, hearing their stories and learning more about their unique experiences.

🧡 It was truly heartwarming to hear about the counselling service they provide at Signposted Cymru today. Looking forward to working together in the future to keep the lived experience voice at the heart of mental health support.

Seeing the incredible work going on to benefit members of the community is really inspiring and we are proud to be able to lend our support to people at the Town Centre Hub today.
