I've stayed quiet over the past few weeks on the takeover, because I feel a great sense of empathy for those local businesses and suppliers, ordinary people, who are exposed as unsecured creditors. Who will bear the brunt of the decision to not pay back 25p in the £. It's very easy to say the EFL should allow us off the hook next year, but a scenario where ordinary folk are out of pocket and not even getting back 25p, and then that money being put into the football club, is tough. I think people hate DC that much, and rightly so, but don't lose sight on the ordinary hard working British people exposed in this and will have their lives ruined. I want the absolute best for Sheffield Wednesday, but I can't celebrate or request we are let off in the circumstances.

That part of the law has never changed in regards to punishment. Nowhere dos it say the rules have been changed to lower the points deductions given. It’s a very weak argument!
