Today in Cannes, I crossed the path of a French brand importing coffee from #Kenya That they named it #Kitale was my God sign and a reminder that you can leave Kenya but Kenya never leaves you, and the thought of it may shine in your heart until your come back 🇰🇪❤️

Today, I celebrate turning 29 and stepping into the final chapter of my twenties. I spent my last days of 28 swimming, letting the water wash away the old, diving deep into clarity, and resurfacing with pure intentionality for the journey ahead. My early days of 29 have already been filled with joy, including a movie night and smiles all around. May the rest of our lives be the very best of our lives. Cheers to 29! 🥂

@RAbdiAnalyst Dress code is paramount in islam. Islamic dress codes are grounded in principles like modesty. Modesty is key in Islam. There are no two ways about that. Your attempt to sound "cool or progressive" is futile.

In the end, Hanifa was forced to delete her Twitter X account not because of action by a 'repressive' state but because of toxic hate from fanatical Muslims incensed by her dressing and selfie. The obsession to police what women wear is no longer faith; it is pathology.

Was in the Nairobi CBD yesterday and the mess it has become makes you not want to be there at all. Frustrating indeed. Hawkers have occupied the pavements and every available open space. Matatus have taken over all the lanes. Traffic lights are off. #HaiWork @SakajaJohnson

It is all about political negligence and deliberate inaction for political convenience. @SakajaJohnson knows the solutions, he spoke to them in a an interview with me but to date? Nothing.
