Also, how does it help to tell a client AFTER the fact that "you should have done this at a different branch"?

I'm puzzled. How can you tell a client that you know that you overcharged by a factor of 3 but decline to do a reimbursement because "it's one reference number"? How is that at answer?

@Leon_Schreib I applied for a 2nd passport at DHA Std bank as I travel a lot. The DHA system charged me R1800 instead of R600. DHA admit that this was incorrect and they are "asking the software developers to work on a fix" but in the meantime they advise not to apply at a bank!

@martinwittenbe1 Martin Wittenberg passed away this evening after a long fight with cancer. He will be remembered as an outstanding lecturer, mentor and colleague who was unwavering in his commitment to rigour and academic debate. His extraordinary contribution to expanding access to high quality datasets and world class training at @DataFirstAtUCT and @SALDRU1 will be an enduring legacy.

It is worth knowing that the median income person in WENAO is at the 90th global percentile; and the median income person in the US is at the 93rd global percentile. The world is much poorer than it seems to many.

Despite recent income convergence and reduction in global income inequality gaps between regions remain extremely great.

Heartbreaking news - Jorge Aguero @taitarasu passed away today at the age of 51. He did amazing work on discrimination, IPV and child outcomes. He was kind, inspirational and bloody funny. Condolences to his soulmate Michele and son Gabe. He was so very proud of you both.
