- Managed to finish 4 scenes. - This was the hardest scene (I thought it was the easiest, it took too much time). posting a test video. - work is mostly calming, so I can just blast music while working. - I also secured a VA for her, and it is in progress. - I roughly average 30 minutes per frame (unless the sketch has issues)

I did some redraws on a couple of frames to make them more consistent, also, I was doing something dumb, each scene had an after effect project asigned to it, but I can create 1 project and just put every scene there and render them all in one go.
