@Vaati_OW @melpotsnpans In Contenders the rules technically also say you can't pause mid fight. However the hosts work on a "pause first, ask questions later" principle there. This is what the players wanted at the time and have gotten used to ever since. This clashes with pro events run by other admins

@melpotsnpans Cant pause mid fight, thats how most scrims/tournaments run. its likely that the admins didnt see the pause originally and when they did the fight was already well underway.
