@Stiffcoco25 From a unified source, I agree. Too often does 'Strong' Leadership get mistaken for greedy and pettiness.
A unified leadership where work is done for the betterment of all should be the goal.
We must rise above divison.

@Joe__Bassey Western nations always seem to undervalue/lack in belief of African Potential.

Aliko Dangote believes China 🇨🇳 keeps outperforming the United States 🇺🇸 and Europe in Africa’s biggest industrial projects because Chinese lenders are more willing to take risks on large-scale African investments. According to the billionaire, many Western banks and institutions avoid financing massive infrastructure and manufacturing projects in Africa due to strict conditions and risk fears, while Chinese companies move faster with funding and execution.
Dangote pointed to his experience building the $20 billion Dangote Refinery, where Chinese engineering firms and financial institutions played a major role after many Western partners hesitated. He argued that China’s approach has helped it dominate some of Africa’s largest industrial, mining, and infrastructure deals in recent years.
The comments come as competition for influence in Africa grows between global powers, with China strengthening its economic footprint across the continent through railways, ports, factories, and energy projects.

@zoomafrika1 This is part of the box we are placed in. We are kept in a role they see fit.
Even praise and reward comes with restriction and limitation.

After her Oscar win for 12 Years a Slave in 2014, Lupita Nyong'o revealed that she was mostly offered roles depicting enslaved or suffering Black women, often being sent scripts to play slave characters repeatedly.
Despite expectations that her opportunities would expand, the roles she was offered continued to box her into stereotypical portrayals tied to slavery and pain.
She believes this pattern was influenced by racism and colorism within the industry. Nyong'o refused to accept such reductive roles, even if it meant fewer jobs, as she did not want to perpetuate damaging stereotypes about African women.
