Danisha White is an Occupational Therapist at our InnovAge California PACE – Crenshaw center, and a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, who work together to deliver personalized care. Danisha helps participants build strength, mobility, and confidence so they can stay active.

Our InnovAge Colorado PACE Northern Colorado center, celebrating its 10th anniversary, is located in Loveland, but supports seniors in areas across Northern Colorado, including Berthoud, Fort Collins, Johnstown, Milliken, Timnath, Windsor, Eaton, Evans, and Greeley.
