5th grade Smithsonian projects. Students were tasked with choosing an area of interest and creating an exhibit.

Leaders can bring positive energy into the school. They can provide meaningful support for their staff. They can genuinely communicate how much they value their people. It doesn’t have to take extra $$$ or extraordinary expertise. But it does require passion for the work.
