Culture starts at the top. People notice when you show up, how you handle projects, and the standards you set every day. Leadership isn’t just about what you say, it’s about what you model.

i-lab advisor, Phil Green, reminds us: Companies aren’t thinking about your product. They’re focused on their own to-do list (or Trello board). Instead of selling your product, show them how you can solve their problems. Do you agree? Why or why not?
