I am told he does and is very involved in the transfer business already. But it’s early stages. They are doing the scouting and due diligence. But they’re nowhere near any agreements for targets. If I was a betting man - they will 100% sign a right sided centre half. But where they think they’re gonna pluck some Prem teams best centre half from is beyond me. They’ll sign a holding midfielder if Enzo goes. Not as a direct replacement for Enzo - but a sign of the system changing slightly. And lastly an attacking player of the Rogers/Yildiz mould. The hierarchy at the club love this idea of a hybrid 9/10/11. Which I think is aload of bollocks personally. But here we are.

@InsiderFtbl Thank you . Just hopefully Alonso can get his players he wants instead of the SDs arranging it for him . Only the manager himself knows what player would suits his playstyle and then Chelsea will return back on track .
