@meterrill @donutapp I did get my money back in full, so is someone else I was keeping in touch with throughout the last 20 months. It was fast and easy. I do not know the criteria of selection, but they did say it will take the entire August to complete the process. You will be next I am sure...

Has anyone actually recovered any funds from @donutapp? My account page still says $0 available for withdrawal. Why can’t they give us any details on how this is being distributed? Is it alphabetically? Is it by account creation date? Why so much secrecy?

@Insights4U My withdraw was ready today. I’m glad this is over with. Thank you for the communication over the months. It was nice chatting with you.

@michael_alfieri just know it is a fast and simple process, they made sure of it. it will show as a credit refund with a bunch of references once you authorize the withdraw. you will get an email with a full receipt of that withdraw from Donut for your record as your Donut account will be closed.

@Insights4U I’m happy for you. It’s been a long journey. I have not received any messages from him or Donut. I just checked the app and my balance to WD is still 0.

@michael_alfieri They haven't posted on Donutapp. But on Neel page, he is mentioning the testing and that they will increase the invites for withdrawal in the next coming days.

@michael_alfieri I did the beta testing withdraw after Neel asked me to help to ensure the process was seamless. You get your money in the bank within a few minutes - no joke! I hope you are next or maybe you got a message from him? Anyhow, it is done on my side. Full recovery of the balance.

@michael_alfieri Same conclusion and feelings. Have you heard of Raisin.com? they list the best High yield cds and savings in the US. Great customer service.

@Insights4U Smart. I stopped when I would never win anything on the drawings. It wasn’t worth it and donut made me very Leary of those apps.

@michael_alfieri Bottom line: their funds have been frozen for all since April. Some people have 10,000s of dollars in there.

@Insights4U Yotta did too? I’m glad I pulled money out of there as well. It wasn’t much. I have a lot more in donut.

@michael_alfieri According to Youtube watchdogs, the third-party saw discrepancies between Yotta balance, and what was in the bank that was holding their funds. So they froze everything. The guy who owns yotta lives a lavish lifestyle somewhere in Greece, and has been unable to resolve the issue

@michael_alfieri I know, but eventually, it will - since the judge signed off on it. All those app money investment companies turned out to be scam or incompetence. Same issue with Yotta which froze withdraws 2 months ago. I got mine out just in time (live and learn, thanks Donut)!

@Insights4U I’m guessing the 2nd-12th won’t happen either. It’s annoying

@michael_alfieri If I remember correctly, Gemini did not distribute until 2 months after the agreement was reached. Their distribution afterward was fast. My issue is Donut has always been behind on everything, and Genesis has taken advantage by default.

@Insights4U I guess they just updated, but still no date. Seems so close yet so far.

@Insights4U Have you heard anything about the final date yet?

@michael_alfieri They don't have the effective date (that is the judge doing) but they are getting ready as they must process 83 millions (I am not sure of the amount so don't quote me) from Genesis for their users. That is a lot for their processor to transfer from G to D.

@michael_alfieri The judge is the issue, he has taken his sweet time... Hopefully by July?

@Insights4U Probably not, but I’m glad light is at the end of the tunnel and we will at least get our money back soon. When do you think?
