Dear Whirlpool Team,
I am writing to bring to your notice a repeated issue with my Whirlpool AC.

•Service Request Number: GAW29082552539
During the first service visit, your technician informed me that the gas leakage was due to an internal part fault, which was replaced under warranty. However, within a short period, the gas has leaked again.
In the second visit, the technician is now saying that the problem is due to “fitting issues” and is asking me to pay for gas refill and repair. This situation is very disappointing because:
1If there was a fitting issue, it should have been properly checked and rectified in the first visit itself.
2Repeated gas leakage within such a short time clearly shows that the problem was not resolved properly in the earlier service.
Since this is a recurring problem, I kindly request Whirlpool to:
•Refill the gas and rectify the leakage free of cost under warranty / goodwill service, and
•Ensure proper leak test (Nitrogen / Pressure Test) so that the issue does not repeat.
I request you to treat this complaint on priority. Please arrange a technician visit and confirm at the earliest.
